Hello there! Here you will find resources that I highly recommend for both KS2, KS3 & WJEC GCSE mathematics. I use these resources myself within lessons and for lesson preparation and cannot recommend them enough! They are all extremely comprehensive, accessible and enjoyable to use. Below I will recommend resources as generally as possible to try and suit a variety of needs, however if you have anything more specific that you are looking for, or have absolutely any questions at all about anything, please feel free to let me know and I would be more than happy to help if I can! There are usually plenty more resources and elements to these resources that I can recommend than just the ones below, but it would be impractical to list every single one, so as always feel free to ask me for more information and recommendations if you would like any! So, feel free to have a browse of this page and I hope it helps in finding maths resources that work best for you!
The HWB website is where you can find all of the official Welsh Government documentation for the curriculum for wales, here is a link to the home page of the website:
However, more specifically here is the link to the curriculum for wales, area of learning and experience for mathematics and numeracy:

The WJEC website is where you can find all of the official WJEC exam board documentation for the WJEC GCSE mathematics & mathematics numeracy, here is a link to the home page of the website:
However, more specifically here is the link to the WJEC GCSE mathematics & mathematics numeracy section:

One of the best resources I can recommend for the WJEC GCSE mathematics & mathematics numeracy is past papers. Continually practicing past papers is brilliant, because not only are you practicing exactly what you are going to end up doing in terms of the exam, but you are also practicing a wide variety of different topics that can help you to find topics you have a great understanding of and maybe topics that you may need to do some more work on. Here is the link to the past papers:

Also, the WJEC have a question bank where you can search for specific past paper questions based on the topic you are looking for. Be careful here though, as you can access questions from before 2016, and papers based before this were based on a different specification. The questions can still be relevant and can be good practice but I would recommend mainly sticking to 2016 and after as those questions were made considering the current specification. Here is the link to the WJEC question bank:
IXL is the online system that I use and I can’t recommend it enough! I have created a separate page discussing IXL and how to get yourself set up on it, of which I highly recommend you take a look at as this system is brilliant! Also, I already pay for all of my clients and pupils / students to have access to an account with me, so for you, access to an IXL account with me is free of charge! Here is a link to the page with all the information I have written up about IXL for you:
BBC Bitesize is great! It’s free to use and has a wide variety of different topics with worked examples, explanations and practice questions. I particularly recommend that once you have undertaken the work that you wish to on a certain topic, have a go of the practice tick box style tests here to evaluate your understanding of said topic. Here is the link to BBC Bitesize:
Maths DIY is a fantastic website, even more so for WJEC GCSE. It is a free to use website that contains tests, past papers and topic booklets, either blank with no answers or with full workings! It’s a brilliant way to check how to figure out a particular past paper question if you are stuck. However, try not to always look at just the answers to much, as it is best to practice the questions for yourself! Here is the link to Maths DIY:
CGP books are brilliant! You can get revision guides which explain each topic in depth in an accessible way and workbooks that provide many questions which a lot of the time include answers! For KS3 there is a lot of choice, there are plenty of different options that you can choose from that give you plenty of different variety depending on what you are looking for. For WJEC GCSE there is not as much choice, but the books that you can get are excellent and I can’t recommend them enough! Plus the books aren’t overly expensive either which is nice! I will put a link to the main CGP website below for you to have a browse in general, but in terms of specific books that I will be recommending, as there are so many options I will recommend the most important books for you to get in my opinion below, but if you would like more recommendations feel free to ask, or let me know what books you are looking at exactly as I may already have said book so can potentially show it to you before you get your own copy! The links to individual books can be found below in the 'Further Book Links’ section of this document. Here is the link to CGP:
I cannot express how great Daydream Education’s pocket posters books are. They are fantastic for many reasons. The pocket posters books are essentially all of the posters that Daydream Education creates and more in one small easily accessible book. And that is one of the great things about them, they are very small which means they aren’t overwhelming but still manage to include a huge wealth of information. They are also extremely eye catching and appealing to look at, which helps greatly in terms of revision! They are also very cheap and are a great pocket revision guide with the vast majority of everything you need for mathematics. Also at the back of the WJEC GCSE books you are provided with a clear list of the topics that are not in the mathematics numeracy exam but only in the mathematics exam, which is extremely useful for knowing what not to revise for the mathematics numeracy exam. I will again link the main website below, however again in the ‘Further Book Links’ section below, I will be recommending specific books to get. Here is the link to Daydream Education:
