I’m so sorry to have to inform you that at the moment I am fully booked.

However, there may still be something that I can do for you. If you would like to be put on my waiting list, I can then keep an eye out for when a regular slot potentially becomes available for you. If we have an introduction meeting as soon as possible, you then may be able to book in for any individual spaces that may come up as well, by periodically checking my empty slots on TutorBird. Just to pre warn you however, unfortunately I am not able to promise any time frame as to when permanent slots may become available, or how often individual spaces may become available. My main period of potential availability in terms of permanent slots is June, however it is looking more likely that it will be about a year June at this point, or approximately 2 years.

Also, if you are interested, with regard to lessons: during the day time, holidays, inset days, study leave periods or any form of time off from school, as there’s no school during these times, you’re more than welcome to book almost any lessons during the days on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Thursdays, any time on or before 1:00pm if you would like to! I’m more than happy to offer these as one off slots!

To provide you with some information on how I offer any individual spaces that I may have to my waiting list and to others, when I have individual spaces available, I offer those to my waiting list and to others all at once, and then clients may book in for lessons they wish to on a first come first served basis on TutorBird, however you can always just check when empty slots are available on TutorBird at any time rather than wait for a message from me. Permanent slots will always be offered in the order of my waiting list. Your TutorBird account will be activated during our introduction meeting.

The way I begin tuition with a new student is by having an introduction meeting (free of charge!) with the new student (and their parent / guardian if the student is under 18) in order to: allow you to visit the tutoring area, provide you with all of the relevant information and create any accounts necessary, arrange potential lessons and to discuss exactly what you would like from tuition! The introduction meeting generally lasts about an hour and if possible I always prefer to have introduction meetings face to face before going online. If you would prefer an online introduction meeting however, please advise me before hand and I'll get that all sorted for you!

I tutor from my home where I have a specific mathematics tutoring room that I tutor from. My tutoring room in Kenfig Hill, Bridgend, South Wales is locked off from the rest of the home, has it's own entrance,   sound damping has been installed for privacy and this is also where my online lessons take place through Skype. Toilet facilities are available if required. 

To make you aware, I like to let new clients know just in case that there are a few dogs in the home, however they do not come into the tutoring area during lessons, I just like to let people know just in case anyone has any allergies or anything similar.

Completing the following form will create you a profile on TutorBird my administration portal which will provide you with client information. You are also confirming that you have read the information on this page and are therefore entering into an agreement with GRS Maths Tutoring. The client also understands that if the student is under 18, the client is agreeing on behalf of the student and is confirming that both have read the terms, conditions, policies and information on this page. The following form can only be filled out by the client who must be 18 or over and a parent / guardian / foster career with delegated authority of the student, or a client who is 18 or over looking for tuition for themselves (in this case the client and student are the same party).
